Text of Complaint by Shaantikumar Deshpande:

My name is Shaantikumar Deshpande, Nasik.

I purchased a product on flipkart and made the payment through debit card on 23rd december.

Before purchasing the product i checked and confirmed there delivery in Nashik on the website.

Promised to deliver me in 5 days they confirmed me the order. I received an sms about product got dispatched .

on 26th December i received a sms about product getting delivered today, immediately i got a sms that order has been cancelled as my pin code 422001 (Nasik City) is no Service Zone.

I called the customer care and conveyed my dissatisfaction. They said sorry and said that we have initiated your refund, you will get the money within 8 working days. (I did not got the logic of 8 working days to refund the money, on the other hand when we purchase they get the money immediately. Then why customer should wait for 8 working days)

I waited for 10 working days and 4 holidays. on 11th Jan 2016 they said that give us your Bank Statement to check whether you have received the refund or not as we do not trust you.

I gave them the bank statement. (Which is also attached with this letter : Only Debit amount can be seen, Not yet refunded by Flipkart)

On 14th January 2016 they verified the statement and said that they have done the refund and bank is not showing it. You go and dispute with the bank. Flipkart is no more Concerned.

I went to the bank and asked them about any such refund from Flipkart . Bank said that we have not received any such amount from Flipkart. Flipkart has not done credited any amount into your account.

I called flipkart again and this time they abused me and said that as per our system we have done your refund. Go and Dispute with the bank. !

Bank has co-operated with me in every sense and my statement shows that i have not received any refund from Flipkart.

Please help me in this regard.

Sir I have facing same problem since last 2weeks i.e 16th July 2018 with flipkart, i have ordered lg 32led tv with hdfc debit card EMI but after 1 hour i cancelled order because I have to buy 43 inches sony, flipkart cancelled and process initiated for refund,but till now 29th July i have not credited refund amount into my bank account or debit card emi limit, i have complainted many times with flipkart and hdfc bank but no result and proper response pls help me
