Flipkart blocked my ID so i am not able to download my previous invoice that i purchased

My complaint is regarding the blocking of my account by Flipkart. My account has been blocked by Flipkart without by prior intimation. After many complaints and raising of queries it was informed to me that there are unusual high Returns in my account die to which the account is blocked.

It is to submit that the Returns in my account is in account of mistake on the part of seller or Flipkart. My reason for return was only due to missing product.I have already lost my hard earned 5000 rupees. Also whenever the return was requested at the Flipkart it was supported by proper evidence as per their policy, i.e., they require photo of items, also their investigation team does the investigation related to return which after being satisfied by the team was returned. This is completely ridiculous on part of Flipkart.

I am using my Flipkart account since more than 10 year. Also I would like to inform you that I have more than 2000 super coins earned in my account. Also there is wallet balance of more than Rs 60000 in my Flipkart pay later account. Multiple times the complaint is raised at Flipkart support through calls as also email but no solution received till date.
I’m also attaching the screenshot of what they replied to my complaint.they cancelled my complaint.
I thus request your forum to intervene in the same and get my account unblock with all the benefits.

I have purchased many product that have warranty and for claiming that need invoice that i can only download when i will able to login to my account.

Its my humble request to the jury that now all the purchased item with warranty i am not able to claim warranty because lack of invoice and they intentionally blocked by account and while calling to customer care they are not giving a resolution.

now i am having only hope from the judgement of the consumer court. I am very frustrated with this. I am a software engineer and working in a MNC and getting more trouble due to such behaviour.
