Text of Complaint by SANJAY DUTTA:

Flipkart did not deliver full items against my Order. As and when delivered my uncompleted / Short items, I immediately contacted to Customer Care and they promised that I would get my refund very soon and refund process initiated by the Customer care executive. But, after 02 days, I noticed that my Flipkart account Blocked without any prior information. I have nos of prepaid orders and a FLIPKART Pay Later account. Where a customer order items and advance payment made and wait for 07 to 10 daya to get his order item in that sense short delivery or defective delivery can not acceptable. Is it easy way for Flipkart in such type of Blocked customer account is the easy solution way.
