Text of Complaint by Himani Maheshwari:

Flipkart is the worst online shopping service, provider. When it comes to the profit of the Company, the management makes policies in their favour, but when it comes to the customers, the company misguides & cheats customers on giving refunds.
I have bought several products during Big Billion sale but none of the products was up to the mark, hence I have to return most of them. But it’s been almost a week since I have raised a return request & no one has come for the pick-up. Now for few products, they have stringent timelines of 10 days also, to replace or return the product. When it’s the company’s fault for not picking up the products on time, then why should customers suffer for this.
In addition on few products, returns are showing INR 0 refund, which is really very shocking & disappointing.
One of the product’s exchanges is not processing due to some technical issue which the support team is not able to resolve till date & the return days is 10 days timeline for this product.
My email ID is updated on Flipkart but I do not receive a single email from them.
I have raised all these issues many times with Flipkart customer care but they keep on telling me that they have raised the issue & I will get a call from them. But not a single call or mail I have received from them till date.
I want my refund at any cost. They are liable to pay it
