Flipkart has been addressing me with ”most valuable customer” etc. and suddenly they blocked my account stating there is a high no. of returns (Though I have returned products for genuine reasons- and two are still pending not matching the description at all).
So finally I accepted that there is nothing going to happen that they unblock my account (they made me call again and again to customer care service and write emails but my emails are also not reaching to them stating “Sorry, the email ID cs@flipkart.com is no longer in use.Please visit our Help Centre “. this help center is applicable when you are able to log into the account but for me its blocked any way)
I called to customer care again to get the report for my refund products from April onwards as they blocked my account in may first week. And I am unable to track the amount in my credit card statement if they have really paid me pack because I cant track that from flipkart website. flipkart has been saying to me that they cant help it. but I am supposed to get full refund of returned items..right.
Hence I request you to support me atleast getting the track record of refund processed for April-May month. And if they have not processed my refund then to help me get the amound (I have purchased many products from flipkart and returned a few still unable to track in my credit cark statements)
