MY Flipkart account hacked on July 6th 2023,and change my registered mobile number and done transaction of 19672.00rs and made all transactions of billpay of electricity.i called Flipkart customer care so many to update my mobile number but they changed lately on July 11 th and did not give proper response in that late time they did anearly 4500 rs transaction again.flipkart customer care is totally negligence and I compliant in cyber crime also.NOW MY QUESTIONS IS THAT 19672 RS IS REFUNDALE OR NOT and what is the exact procedure to get my money back .please see my complaint and resolve my problem.
