Hi team,
My flipkart account is blocked past 5 months. I have chased thousand times to unblock my account but I haven’t received any solution yet.
Every time when I complain, I just get same email each and every time saying that ‘Your account can’t be unblocked due to multiple returns’
Now please tell me, isn’t this flipkart’s policy to return the item that you don’t want or the item that is not good as received from the seller?
Everyone is allowed to return then why do you block me?
Secondly, I wanna let you know that please talk to me once over a call one to one so that we can come on common ground rather than just emailing me and saying that your account can’t be unblocked. This doesn’t helps at all. I have a plus account with flipkart and don’t wanna loose that account at any cost. I also have multiple unused supercoins associated with my account.
Request you to please help me unblocking my Flipkart Plus Account.
