This is Subhajit Chakraborty. With the mobile number my Flipkart is linked is 6290586996. Few days back ordered one router. At the same time my brother also ordered one Java book. When the order came I wasn’t at home. My brother’s order also came on that same day. When I came back have opened my brother’s package mistakenly and seen that Java book. I thought that there is a product mismatch and immediately complained in Flipkart. They have rejected it. And that is all fine. Now what they have done ,they have blocked my account in the very next day. I am a Flipkart plus customer. I ordered so many things from here. Also added 1000 rs in my gift card wallet recently. I called the care and asked to unblock my account. I requested them to unblock the account for atleast 2-3 days to let me use my Flipkart gift card wallet balance. Out of 10-15 products if I return 4-5 how can that be high number of returns? I really want justice in this case. They are scamming people literally. My calling number is 8961610503
