My complaint is regarding the blocking of my account by Flipkart. My account has been blocked by Flipkart without any prior intimation. After many complaints and raising of queries it was informed to me that there are unusual high Returns in my account due to which my account is blocked.
It is to submit that the Returns or replacement requests in my account is on account of mistake on the part of seller or Flipkart. My reason for return or replacement was only due to damaged products which I had received .Also whenever the return was requested at the Flipkart it was supported by proper evidence as per their policy, i.e., they require ID proof ,bill copy of product and pic of product with damaged area which their investigation team does.
I ordered an IPhone 12 128Gb variant in Purple colour from Flipkart . On 13 Oct, I received package with dents on the product with Order Id: OD123031509648138000. On the same day I contacted flipkart support and they said it would take 24 hours to reflect order delivered in their system. After 24 hours, I requested for return and refund but everytime it got rejected and have been extending dates from then and still haven’t been contacted by their technical team .Till date more than 6 return and replacements requests has been generated and rejected without specifying any reason. They were also asking for valid identify proof which is not been mentioned in their policy but somehow we managed to upload our identity proof but still they are neglecting this issue time and again .We only want them to refund our amount but they always say this is against their company policy and brand doesn’t allow refund. Flipkart executive does not solve the issue and keep on adding days to the issue. Most of the time, they kept the call on hold and after waiting for them to respond for more than 15 min, they disconnect call resulting in mental harassment. I request the team to take appropriate actions and solve my issue. I have invested my hard earned money but in return what I got is heart aching. I will also be attaching supporting documents for the same . And now suddenly my account has been blocked so that we cant track our complaint status and when contacted with executive they tell that your account will never be unblocked and you can’t return the damaged product now . This is shocking on part of flipkart .
I thus request your forum to intervene in the same and get my account unblock
