I have not returned many products
I have returned a sandal that was cancelled many times
Return of sandal was cancelled by seller more than 6 times..
Problem with sandal was that was duplicate product
And i wanted to return that product
But customer care made a replacement for the product and said after replacement you can return it
So i made an return for the product again
But again they have cancelled the return and then again I called them to raise request for return
This whole process repeated more than 6 times
That’s why your system detected many returns
But that was for only one product
After all that flipkart blocked my account
And i tried calling customer care more than 20 times
They always said team will look on it
But more than 3 months passed there is no solution
