Text of Complaint by Suman Yearva:

Flight was cancelled due to CoVID and Indigo airlines confirmed the amount is credited back to the booking agency. Still Make my trip is showing as Refund pending (Your payment gateway has declined the refund transaction due to technical issues. Our team is looking into same.) This is there since from long time. I am following up with MakeMyTrip from Nov 1st week. Still the amount 35k+ needs to be refunded back.
