I want make your attention towards company Flip kart. I recently booked flight tickets from Flip kart travel on 3rd Oct 2019 but i received mail on 15 th Oct from airline that my booking has been cancelled. I was shocked and soon i contacted with airlines customer care and they said to me that it was cancelled by your Flip kart travel agency so kindly contact with your Flipkart travel agency. Then i contact Flipkart customer care but they have no answer and they are now refusing to refund my money by telling several stories. I already frustrated with the service of Flip kart how they behave and how they are irresponsible.My money was stuck without any reason. They are now refusing to refund my amount. Whenever i call to refund my amount they start to tell me a new story. I already paid them 15000 for booking. For big company like Flip kart its not suit for this kind of behavior. Am working in abroad and it very hard to call them every time. Please look into this matter please if you can. Booking ID:FF1910031712568
