I booked flights with paytm.
Within a hour i realized that i missed a letter in name so i called and i was informed that everything would be done in 24 hrs. As i did not recevied a confirmation so called again and i was informed to send passport copy, i did and till date i am chasing this guys but no revert, exective promise for call back but none i received till date. I am calling this guys they put me on hold and disconnect. I am being mentally harassed.
