I had booked flight from nagpur to pune on 17th sept and my amount has been debited and i got cancellation mail from Travolook and they had said that amount will get refunded within 7-8 days, but it did not deposite in my account. when i called customer care excutive, he had been saying that you need to wait for 10-15 more days for refund due to technical issue.
