Text of Complaint by Deepa:

I had purchased a car seat – Babyhug Expedition 3 In 1 Convertible Car Seat With Recliner.
In the portal its mentioned as ‘replacement allowed’ only, however after checking the product found few problems with the product.
– Seat pulley is very small , where the lock falls. Its very uncomfortable for the child.
– We need to hold the keys properly along with the bottom holder and its very difficult to lock it.
As replacement wont solve this (as this seems to be common problem with this product) I wanted to return this product which Firstcry is not accepting. Request this issue to be solved please.
