Text of Complaint by Mohak Todi:

I had ordered food from Zomato and paid through lazy pay as they had a offer going on on which i am eligible to receive a 100 rupees Cashback After 3 to 4 days i did not received my cashback so i complaint to Zomato about this they told me as you are to receive cashback from lazy pay contact them.
When I contacted them they told me i am eligible for it and I will recieve it within 5 days again after 5 days i had to complaint as I did not received the cashback and my due date was near i told them this they first told me to clear the amt which i did not did after charging late fee payment of 100 rupees which they cleared now after complaing and now they are telling me that I am not eligible for it I said what first’they told me i am not you are refusing from payment
