Fireboltt watch replacement not received
I have purchased fireboltt smart watch in Jan-2023 and there is some fault in watch so registered complain and they have done replacement pickup. My watch was pickup and also got mail confirmation. After some days I got mail that my watch is delivered successful but I didn’t get any watch. They provide me Tracking number but when I check status it delivered in Bihar and I from Gujarat. I am continuous calling fireboltt customer care since last 2 months but every time they asked for 24-48 hours and but still no result. My fireboltt ticket no. is 1965710
