I purchased Activa 6g from an authorised honda dealer in September 2022, received the same on 9th September, 2022. I have faced issue of seat button not working properly to open and seat not even closing once opened, the problem has been faced since the very beginning of the purchase, all throughout last year till now.
They have made a faulty cheap scooter and looted all their customers just be cause they had credibility. Not to mention, the scooter has bad break system, bad engine, bad hard disc system. Though the faulty seat system tops it all, every other consumer faces the issue. A simple youtube search would highlight how everyone is trying to keep getting activa 6g seat lock system repaired.

Moreover, Honda has been made aware of the problem, and neither did they discontinue to product, nor improve it. Their agents, repair centres everyone would openly agree on how it’s a company issue, but only after you’ve purchased it. The new customers of the product are never made aware of this faulty design issue.
I request my hard earned money to be returned to me or a reasonable compensation paid to me. The amount of time, efforts and money I’ve wasted to keep getting the seat lock adjusted, and repaired has caused great mental agony.
I would be more than willing to comply with any proof and documentation needed.

Kindly look into this promptly.
