I ordered fire boultt smart watch from its own website and the speaker of the watch was defected. The speaker is totally not working it was a manufacturing defect and after i complaint my problem on its website so they asked that they are not agree to return or replace my order and It was so disappointing. I received my order on 19th of may 2023 friday today. Please help me I spend 3500 and the product was defected
