I had purchased fireboltt smart watch on 17/07/2022 and due to battery issue i had given my watch to nearest service centre for replacement on 07/09/2022 but till now its been 30 days now they haven’t replaced my watch + they also promised to give cupon of fireboltt for the invoice amount so i can repurchase the watch as they are not having that model but till now they have not done any thing hence please look into the matter. Also note fireboltt many customer facing this issue due to their pathetic after sales service.

Also note i have sent many emails to their customer care but they are not responding also.

I also went to service centre at Virar west for fire boltt smart watch battery issue. They said there are some scratches nearby display screen (not over the display) so it is considerable as damage and warranty will not be cover in damage condition. I requested them to check that charging is working but battery drains fastly & they have verified it also but they said as per company policy it is damaged due to sratches so not possible to take my request for replacement. Is there any warranty policy like this in Fire boltt. I am not able to understand what to do now because I have used the watch just for 3-4 months only and this issue occured. Please suggest.
