I have purchased the product firebolt smart watch silver chain stainless in date 28/01/2024 and seen some issue of sensor health . I have registered complain in online customer caer and the Custer caer users gave me instructions to summit my product in authorised service centre to return the product is replace and changed same product in gurnti and summit 02/feb/2024 in roorkee caer and product bill no RVSRN240202GTR0041and some day wait the product is deliver by bluedart and I have open the box in 12/02/2024 the product is old and some scratch on screen smart watch dial and chain of stainless is black and colour is faid and battery drains issue I have complain ins lots of time in service centre it’s give me instructions and send mail and images and not solved my problem and the price of my product 1999. I am vary disappointed
