Text of Complaint by Armin Mehta:

We bought a smart watch from Fire Boltt which was defective. We had to request for a replacement which after a lot of correspondence they decided to send it after 15-20 days.

The replacment received is not the same watch but a different model.

We had to request them to send the same model which the are refusing. We don’t want a different model send to us as we were very specific on the original model.

The company says they dont have the original model in stock which is a lie as we send them screen shots of the original model available.

They never responded on this however stated that it’s their policy and the replacement what they send is final and we have to accept this.

It’s cheating and the company is not transparent.

We are requesting a refund for the watch since they are unable to send us the original model as replacement.
