Text of Complaint by Palvancha Hari Hara Sai:

I have recharged my TATAPLAY (DTH) account on Thursday 29-12-2022 at 9:44 am in the morning through BHIM APP (it’s a third-party app) the amount has been debited and the recharge is not reflecting back in the merchant account. As I have tried to reach out and communicate with BHIM customer care agent, no one is responding to the calls I made and thus I have reached out to tata sky customer care to help me, but instead of helping me they have disrespected me by closing the ticket without any prior information and also, they are blindly telling me that we cannot do anything, and we cannot help you and that too one of them as spoken very rudely with me. I hope the action will be taken on this and i want this to be resolved or the refund to be initiated to me as soon as possible.
