A person named above replied to my advertisement posted in 99 acres regarding house for rent. He agreed pay the deposit of rupees 50,000. He said he is from army and the army is going to pay the deposit, further asked me to put the details he mentioned in bank transfer section of GPAY. To check he asked me to transact 1 rupee which got debited first and then credited twice which attracted suspicion. When asked to wait, he tried to convince through various ways saying that he hails from defense sector, deshbhakti etc.
