hello sir, I Vinod Kumar s/o Maharam is an account holder of Punjab national bank, Sarai Meera Kannauj branch and my account details are- A/c no 4591000400002759 Ifsc code is- PUNB0459100. I am here to lodge a complaint against fraud transactions done by this bank. there are two withdrawals done by someone without my access via Aaddhar enabled payment systems of worth rupees- 19997/- I don’t know how come bank have given access without my knowledge and my permission transaction details are – TRTR/CASHWDL/227909269321/FIK on 6.10.2022 debited Rs 9998/- and another transaction id- TRTR/CASHWDL/ 227818016230/FIK on 5.10.2022 debited with Rs. 9999/-. on 6.10.2022 I went to p.n.b branch to inquire into this matter then the officials of the p.n.b (branch manager and field officer) started blaming me and asked me to lodge a cyber complaint against this fraud. at that time i withdraw my all amount from my account after that in the evening same say these transactions were going on but due to insufficient balance they got failed. i have full doubt on bank officials of this branch about these transactions and I am lodging complaint against these officials.
i am here to request the concerned authority to investigate into this matter carefully and check how come these transactions are taking place without any access given me and make sure to refund my money with interest to the source account number and also to take strict actions against persons who were involved in this fraud and the incompetent bank officials of this branch of Punjab national bank.
