Below are the compliant registered with HDFC anf NHAI . Cant imagine such an incovienece can be provided

This is in regards to my complaint number : I77619759 where manual debits were done on my account.

The reason for debit is provided as : “Manual Debit for Original Txn/08-Nov 202211:18:33PM/010B101847011996464206/Vashi/Vehicleclassmismatch”

There are multiple such entries as per the attached report. I request you to kindly look under these issues and provide further details.

I was on a trip today and due to this issue I had to postpone my trip. I need to understand that will this issue still be occurring and the excess amount will be further deducted ?

understanding is that the vehicle is getting categorised under the wrong category which results in such deduction can this category be rectified urgently.

If I travel tomorrow will the excess amount be deducted ?

Till date an excess of Rs 2581 is deducted while i think as told by your call centre executive there is still a negative balance of about Rs 750 which i need to pay and with further travel there are chances of further deduction please can this be check and reimbursed

My Fasttag is reflected as blacklist and can this status be removed immediately.

A complaint has been registered with NHAI with the complaint no: 7042667.

Request an immediate resolution for this complaint.
