hi, I have ordered a saree worth Rs.599 from fibrefashion which is facebook based page which contained one site ie https://fibre fashions.in
order no.8496. date 18 july 2020.
and after that I have made transaction of Rs.599 to fibrefashion and my money got deducted from my bank account. got a money deduction sms from fibre fashion but couldn’t get any other detail of my order cannot even find the page in facebook now ie both page and site is vanished from face book.
I have not received my order yet and also no information regarding dispatched of my order.
I want to file fraud case against facebook for allowing such companies on their site.
I request you to please look into my problem and get back my money into my account from which i have done payment
