I am order 2 sarees purchases worth Rs.798 from kp-cart which is facebook based page which contained one site ie https://fibre fashions.in/ and after that i had made transaction of Rs.798 to Rozar pay and my money got deducted from my bank account got a money deduction e.mail from kamini fibre fashion but couldn’t get any other detail of my order cannot even find the page in facebook now ie both page and site is vanished from face book.
I have not received my order yet and also no information regarding dispatched of my order.
I request you to please look my problem and get back my money into my account from which i have done payment
