Hi,
I want to port out the numbers due not valuing old cx more than 10years. I asked to chnge the price plan for one number 9607095255 and they chnaged it to my both numbers 8551072446. Not ready to chnge it again to prev plan. Also saying used data frim both numders which is not possible practically as per phone settings and chrged for using data on both numbers the phone support team and complints team are not at all helpful. Helped me with the code to leave. If this is not sorted will definitely go to social media and get this escalated
