I started FD with lazy Pay (SBM bank) in the month of April . I needed that amount back and i raise a request on 14th April . I have did 2 deposit i.e. 5k and 10k since that they have no satisfactory answer and they have given 7 working days to return but when i complaint about the same they given a TAT for 15 days . either way they are running customer money in market . I am very much fed up of all day calling emailing to them but they don’t have right answer .
