Dear Sir,
Are you understanding me or don’t want to understand.
A phone call comes from your office and it says that the charge will be charged, then why has it been kept as an office like Customer Care Office and Nodal Office, While you people have nothing to do with the customer.
Close my account and return my balance money and if you do not want to give it back, then consider it a gift from my side.
And yes, don’t you think that this complaint will stop here.

I am very upset with Tata Sky since last 1 year.
I am using your service from last 8 years and every year i get 1500 to 2000 maintenance every year i have to change set top box.
Your engineering never comes according to the time, so I have to get the work done by paying a charge to a private engineer.
You give me a set top box for free or close my account.
