I have purchased mobile vivo v15 pro on 17th-may-2019 facing issue with service warranty as service center is denying to service, For the same i have raised complaint with flipkart and VIVO and no one is providing any resolution on this. Its been more than 45 days, i raised number of complaints with FLIPKART but they are just diverting me here and there from past 45 days And not providing any conclusive update on my issue.
I have previously raised complaint on “consumerhelpline.gov.in/” with complaint number ” 2072430″ and “2097908”, before 15 days back also but still no resolution. Also Raised number of complaint with flipkart but did not get any update.
