I purchased Iqoo Z9 from Amazon on 16th March. Since 1 week from day one, my device is having touch and camera issue. I contacted customer care online and they first denied any issue and after long argument they finally accepted. They want me to visit service center. If all I wanted to visit service centre why would I be contacting online? I demanded replacement but they’re not accepting and repeating the same thing to visit service centre. Isn’t it my right to demand replacement? Why should I take all the trouble even after paying for the phone? I asked will I get any other device until their engineers figure it out. They didn’t respond. Isn’t it my right to get compensation? Did I steal the phone? Haven’t I paid? Is all the video proof not enough? What shall I do until their engineers examine? What if I been told after physical inspection that everything is good and there is no issues? Why should I take so much trouble? Isn’t it company’s responsibility to provide me with compensation or replacement? If all I wanted to visit service centre why should I contact online service at the first place? Why should consumer be in trouble for the company’s fault?8
