I have purchased a pair of Bosch symphony horns under the order ID: ord04122023135632 from website Hotcarshop.in for Rs 675/- on 09/12/2023. I couldn’t check the product as I had to leave home for an emergency that evening, so I couldn’t test the horns. I came back on 13/12/2023. When I checked the horns, one horn found faulty. I raised the issue with website. They refused to replace item saying that time to raise the issue was only 48 hrs which is over. I want replacement of faulty horn.
