I went to cambodia in oct 2018 and took a vodafone roaming pack , but for 5 days vodafone didnt work due to some error from vodafone itself and i was in touch with store employee , i have chats and screenshots for the same . After 5 days it was rectified and i was told amount will be adjusted but when i went to the store that employee left vodafone job so i escalated the matter to the manager ashish ( begum pul branch ,meerut ) who was of no help , its been months i have been following and when ever i call him he never pics up the call or after 20 times if he pics up he started abusing and simply says no money will be refunded and when asked to send this in writing he refused to send and started abusing .
Its a small amount of 2000 but again its something which they should return , this manager never helps anyone and some action should be taken against him
