I had ordered Fastag from paytm on 28th jan 2020. it was showing dispatch date of29th Jan 2020 and delivery date of 31st jan. i called paytm customer care @ 18001026480 on 30th Jan when my order did not dispatched on29th jan they said it will be delivered on time. in the night PAYTM extended the delivery date to 3rd feb 2020 and on 31st jan i check my order was showing shipped. I checked on PAYTM app it was showing that my order is shipped via bluedart delivery partner however I neither got any link nor any tracking number to track my order. I again checked PAYTM app on 1st Feb at 1 AM it now started showing “Delivery is delayed due to issue at partner end” i don’t know if i would ever get my order or not.
