Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Fastag order not delivered

The issue that I have experienced was: I Have ordered a Fastag through my airtel app on 05/03/2020 (transaction id FT2006512219466852) for vehicle TS09ER5183 and it was supposed to be delivered within 12 working days. Till today 06/14/2020 its not delivered. No proper response or resolution for any request. Below are the case numbers raised with Airtel through email:

It occurred on: 5/03/2020 and inspite of paying to my fastag, I have been paying extra amount to tollgates via cash everytime I travel.
