Text of Complaint by Bagwala bashirbhai:

I HAVE PURCHASED FASTAG FOR MY CAR ONLINE FROM PAYTM AND I HAD PAID RS. 350 FOR THAT

AFTER PAYMENT THEY ARE SAYING THAT YOUR WALLET IS INACTIVE AS PER RBI GUIDELINES, AND THEY ARE CORRECT AS PER RBI GUIDELINES

AND THEY SAID TO DO KYC IN NEARBY AUTHORIZED CENTER WITH AADHAR CARD AND PAN CARD

I HAVE DONE MY KYC BEFORE FEW DAYS AND IT SUCCESSFULLY DONE

BUT STILL THE ORDER STATUS IS SAYING THAT YOUR KYC IS PENDING ALTHOUGH I DONE IT BEFORE FEW DAYS

THE HELP CENTRE IS NOT GIVING A SATISFIABLE ANSWER

PLEASE ISSUE MY FASTAG OR GIVE BACK MY MONEY WHAT I HAVE PAID
