Just wanted to highlight that I am very much disappointed with the type of services paytm is giving. No responsibil9of delivery is being taken from your end. Also if one went to get any information through your customer care, that is just ridiculous.
I am just got stuck with my order as neither am getting my order delivered nor am getting any help from your customer care. Booked fastag on 29th November. Paytm was promising delivery date 8rd December.
Immediately after booking & taking payment, delivery date was shifted to 12th December & order could not be cancelled. On 12th December date was shifted to 16th December, then to 20th December.
And today am sitting on 24th but unfortunately I haven’t revs my fastag till now. From 15th December fastag is mandatory and I have to pay double toll charge because of FALSE DELIVERY DATE PROMISE by this dubious Paytm.
You people really need to improve your services otherwise stop misguiding customers by showing irrelevant products on your pages. This is making me pressurize to go to consumer court with my complaint filing.
