Team, as per the Govt. guidelienes fastag is mandatory for the Four wheeler to travel on the national highways.
we have purchased the fastag from paytm and it is delivered on 17th December 2019.
same day i have contacted the paytm for activation and submitted all the documents to paytm team.
complaint no 150034381.
there is no response from the paytm support and the i have called several times also but they are not activating my tag.
every day i am spending too much time to pass the toll gates due to non activation of the fastag.
