I am a reseller on meesho and I make orders on meesho to directly ship on my customers. But one of them named ruby cargo pants file a return on the product delivered claiming that she wasn’t aware of the order she made and that I was making unconsented order on meesho but it wasn’t true and because of that I have been blocked on meesho and now they won’t reply to my emails I sent them. I have many margins pending and ongoing orders currently. I hope that I was informed more about how they will be settled and wished to recover my account. As I have attached a screenshot of my chat with ruby she clearly provided her address and phone number to me to deliver the product.
