Dear Team
This is in regard to one of the product “Boat Airdopes 402 Bluetooth”, which I have ordered on 29th Oct and has not been delivered to me till date, the promise date by flipkart was 7th Nov’2020 where have requested the team to share the same on priority on 3rd Nov’2020.
Have never faced such a worst service from such big brand like Flipkart in my past experience. I have raised the issue with the customer care and every a false promise was made to me by different customer care executives name are “Shawn Saha” & “Arunashwa Ghosh” , “Noor e Saba Patel”, etc and complaint numbers were also given to me “AN2011111800163204577” and “IN20110314110885789227” which is of no use. In my last interaction it was promised to me that the product will be delivered to me by 11th Nov but now I received one message that the issue will be resolved by 16th Nov’2020 very much disappointing now gain new story.
Such a shame on such a big brands like Flipkart who doesn’t have any proper mechanism to deliver the product as per their commitment, and over to that after raising the complaint also nothing happened one date to the other date, such a waste it is. What sort of service is this, I feel disgusted by experiencing so bad customer service.
Not even single calls I received on the issue after highlighting also, this is impacting my health also after multiple attempt no resolution provided and even there is no update in the app.
Can someone help me what should I do, I will go the consumer forum and do the complaint there. Tired of the further dates.
