This is in reference to false ISD charges levied for number 9825569303 wherein ISD charges have been levied even though as per previous email from the company , ISD calling has been deactivated on the number. I have been asked to pay Rs 3568.8 which says that ISD calls have been made in the month of November; however, the email trail is there from the company that says ISD calling has been deactivated from 03/07/2021. Now please guide me as to what should be done. I am being inundated with calls and messages to pay the amount. Kindly look into the matter and help me out. Please expedite and relieve me from the everyday stress that l am being made to suffer through the calls and SMSes. They have charged for 50 mins of ISD calls which have never been made from my phone.
