My family and I are long-time customers of Airtel and I have all the products Airtel DTH, Airtel Xstream Broadband. I am drafting this mail to raise a complaint about Airtel DTH Service Acc no:3011752181 that I purchased.

I am raising a complaint because I was falsely given the wrong advertisement about the Airtel Xstream DTH product by one of your Telecallers due to which I have paid Rs. 2550 for upgrading my Airtel HD box to an Airtel Xstream DTH Box for my 4K resolution Smart TV. I only agreed to the upgrade as the Telecaller assured me that when I pay the Rs 2549/- the Airtel Xstream box would be free and 12 months subscription would also be included with this offer. Post payment I was informed by another representative that the payment was only for the box and would not include the yearly subscription which I usually pay for. After I learned about the issue I immediately contacted Airtel Customer care for resolution for which there has not been any proper response to date.

I contacted your customer care officials and spoke with your respective managers of your Tamil Nadu team named Mohammed-manager, UGENDRAN-Escalation Team Manager, Tharakesh-Dth Manager on consecutive days more than 7 to 8 times for the past 3 weeks, at last, Nadheswar-Dth Floor Supervisor said that I will be receiving a call from another higher-level manager whose name is Edward Prabhu(DTH Manager)but no call back came from his side too and I have been getting nothing but silly responses, Reasons & false promises for a call back regarding the resolution which I asked for(Refund), And could see I had no response from your Customer service side except some lame excuses for my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because being a service-based company if the service provided to the customer is very worst and the responses are lacking any action from the customer support team. My subscription to Airtel DTH is ending on 18th July 2021 that is today.
