I had recharged a BSNL number on 8 Jan, 22 through Paytm portal which shows benifit of 365 days.Post 60 days when benifit got lapsed got to know directly by Bsnl that plan only benifits 60 days so Paytm provided wrong information and now not ready to reimburse asking me to reach out operator. It’s not operator fault, it’s Paytm who should reimburse the amount for giving wrong information to me.. Snapshot shared which shows they are showing plan benefit as 365 days but it’s 60 days
