Hi there,
Yatra.com has shown some amount during booking while choosing cancellation protection and attracting the customers.After we cancel, we know the ground reality.
I should ideally get 15273 rs for my Hyderabad to srinagar and srinagar to hyderabad ticket after the cancellation.Now they say I will only get Rs.10k ..if that is the case , no one will book on fake yatra.com

This is insane and cheating as you guys are showing different cancellation amount during booking and later showing something else. 5000 clause was not disclosed.Very bad.

We would like to inform you that to avail the benefit of the cancelation protection, the passenger needs to cancel the booking 24hrs before the departure time online with the applicable cancelation charges and later needs to register their claim for the cancelation charges online by visiting the link libertyinsurance.in or call Liberty General Insurance helpline number 1800 266 5844 within 10days for the cancelation, kindly note liberty insurance policy has been again shared below.
