There was a offer of cashback on paytm if the payment was done through Paytm App for the moth of August 2021 for a minimum purchase of Rs 600 done on JioMart App.
I made a transaction on JioMart App on 17th August 2021 for Rs 612.18 ( JioMart order – 16291855029086037A-1, Paytm transaction I’d – 35375313936.
First it was mentioned that the cashback will be given in 6 days, later when I enquired I was given a assurance in their chat message response that by Friday 27th August 2021 , 12:31 AM, the cashback will be added automatically ( screenshot attached) . The cashback has not been given and when I’m enquiring I’m getting all auto generated responses and nothing else
