When I installed paytm edc machine at my shop I was told that it will charge 1.4% on credit cards but instead it was charging 1.99%. So I returned the machine back and I was assured that I will get full refund of my edc machine rental charge of 7080/- as per the paytm complaint I made. Complaint no:22917822 but I received only 5310/-. On contacting paytm customer care they are telling me it is our policy to cut charges and hence cannot refund full amount. It is totally wrong, it is not my fault that paytm employee is communicating false rates to make a sale.
