This is in reference to a contest launched by Zomato for customers ordering online. On 19th June, Had order a meal vide order no 1249716235 and subsequently played a contest offered by Zomato in which winners shall be credited with certain some of Money as per terms and conditions. Immediately after winning, my zomato wallet was credited with INR 165 on 20th June 2019 with expiry date of credits as 27 June 2019. When I was about to use the same for my next purchase, I got a notification in the Zomato App that the credits are expired on the same day. Since then I have been speaking to the customer care on the matter who inturn told me to drop an email to the customer support as it is a different team which deals with the same. Since then have dropped ten emails and spoken to the chat support as well but my credits are being denied saying this will take 24-48 hours to resolve. Its Its been more than 15 days and now zomato customer service has stopped replying to the emails. Request help as this is a mental harassment for me, trying to fight for my right but is being denied by Zomato.
