Text of Complaint by Sindo John:

I ordered an Laptop on 14th Feb in Amazon and they commited me that they would deliver it on 16th Feb. On 14th Feb itself I informed Amazon customer care executive that your courier partner is not is not delivering on Saturdays and just keep on postponing the delivery to Monday and adivced them to provide information to them to deliver it on Saturday itself. Again on 15th Feb the product reached the final delivery location and again on 15th Feb i informed Amazon customer care representative to add the instructions again and to ensure that the same in delivered on Saturday. They agreed for the same. And on 16th Feb from morning am following up for delivery but again they gave false Commitment and cheated again and again saying that they would deliver the product before 9 Pm (16th Feb).

 

These guys are literally exploiting their users by providing false commCommitand cheating. Have all the proof along with call recording and Caht history.. Help Me in raising an formal complaint to sue them as they have cheated and killed my peace of mind
